Returns & Exchange
We offer Free Exchange Replacement within the USA.
Every product we sell is designed to be the best. If anything you buy falls short of those standards or is damaged in transit, you're invited to exchange it within 21 days from the date of delivery. Please email us at mugdhaadecor@gmail.com with product pictures, and as per your wish, we will either exchange the item or issue a gift voucher. In case of an exchange, return shipping will be paid by Mugdhaa Decor.
If for any reason, the customer wishes to return the product for a refund, customers can ship the product to Mugdha Ventures, 1193 West John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, Texas 75039, United States within the time frame of 21 days to receive a refund. In case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility, and the label needs to be purchased from a local UPS or USPS store.
We will do our best to exchange items depending on stock availability. Our policy lasts 21 days from the date of delivery. If 21 days have passed since product delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Each order allows for only one exchange or return. If the order is made using a gift card obtained from a previous exchange, it constitutes a final sale.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchange for the same product is only possible if there is an acceptable issue identified by Mugdhaa Decor with the delivered piece. In case of any concerns, customers are required to provide a picture. If Mugdhaa Decor acknowledges the issue, they will facilitate a free exchange.
In the case of a damaged product, the customer must inform us within 7 days of product delivery; otherwise, it is not eligible for return.
For International Shipping, outside the USA:
We accept returns and offer exchanges within 21 days of delivery. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Special Orders or made-to-order items (if applicable, mentioned in individual product details)
- Expedited shipping costs or customs duties are not refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We offer a free exchange within 21 days of delivery of the product. If you are not happy with the product and wish to exchange it, send us an email at mugdhaadecor@gmail.com and we will send you a return label. Please send the items in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect it, we will either send the exchange product or issue a gift voucher.
Refunds (if applicable):
If the customer wishes to return the product, they need to get a shipping label from a local UPS or USPS store and mail the product back to Mugdha Ventures, 1193 West John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, Texas 75039, United States.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
