SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer Free standard shipping within the USA. Deliveries are generally made by DHL, UPS, USPS, and shipping will arrive within 2-7 business days from the date of your order.

For Made-to-Order and Pre-Order items, delivery times range from 7-28 business days (if applicable, this will be mentioned in the individual product descriptions).

For an order-specific timeframe, please check the estimated delivery time at checkout. If only “Shipping" is mentioned, it indicates varying timeframes for different items in your order. For any questions, feel free to contact us.

Please provide your daytime address for delivery, as a request for a second delivery will incur an additional fee. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for re-delivery.

All orders are subject to availability. From time to time, we may be waiting for a new delivery. We apologize if your items are unavailable and will contact you to offer a refund or suggest placing your items on backorder, which will ensure you receive them as a priority once stock has been delivered to Mugdhaa Decor.

We ship products from multiple locations: the USA and India. While we strive to deliver orders within the given delivery date, due to unforeseen circumstances, if an order is delayed in transit, we are not liable. If an order is delayed and not shipped, we can cancel the order upon the customer’s request and issue a full refund. Please refer to the return policy if the product is eligible for refund and return.

If a product is missing, customers must inform Mugdhaa Decor within 7 days of delivery. We will open a case with the shipping company to retrieve and redeliver the item. Should the company confirm that the product was lost in transit, we will promptly resend the same product.

There might be customs duties that are liable to be paid by the customer. If the customer fails to pay the customs fees, leading to the product being returned or misplaced, we are not liable and won’t be able to issue a refund.
